LARPing chest
As a travelling chest for possible LARPing episodes, I refurbished an old and very tired joiner's chest. The chest was made from roughly nailed pine boards, which now had many splits to repair and a large section missing from the lid. The finish is black bitumen paint. As seating, the lid is upholstered with tarred canvas.
Inside the chest
Inside is lined with a waterproof rubber-backed wool cloth.
Forged handles
The original chest had no handles, so I forged a couple of steel ones.
Something else to sit on whilst LARPing.
